The Collection Manager is a free online tool to inventory your artworks. With it, you can:
- upload pictures
- upload certificates
- obtain an instant overview of precisely what your collection contains.
Should you already have an inventory, you can import your existing Access or Filemaker-based database (for instance: ArtBinder, ArtBase, ArtSystems, ArtForm, GalleryManager, Archiv8...) using this tool. Your privacy will be respected.
With the Collection Manager, you can follow and keep track of the artists on your personal wish list. You can also keep up to date with your favourite artists’ latest exhibitions, auctions and publications.
Sooner or later, you might be interested in buying or selling an artwork. With our Marketplace tool, you have an independent overview of the art market and can sell or buy artworks with low commission. Very soon, we will accept world leaders in payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ACH, SEPA wire transfer and the like. After 14 days, the money will be transferred to the seller. Using our Marketplace tool, buyers are assured that they will indeed acquire what they paid for and sellers can be certain that they will be paid.
